In this blog post, we’ll take a look at three basic models of plastic bending machines that you can use for a variety of applications.

HR

The HR series consists of simple yet professional acrylic bending machines that are ideal for manufacturing prototypes, electrical engineering, and technical universities. They come with a heat and scratch resistant working surface and the heating wire is also variably adjustable in both temperature and height. To bend thin materials, you can consider placing a foil bending profile into the reflector.

HRT

The HRT series has a linear heat table that allows for multiple reflectors and heating lines that you can use to create more than one bend at the same time. They come with an adjustable stop and the heating wires are independently and variably adjustable. The reflectors are mutual and also easily adjustable.

HRM

The HRM is an excellent bending machine that comes equipped with under heating and has quickly adjustable foil bending profiles with a heating wire around 15 or 30 millimeters wide. The wires can be easily adjusted in height and the temperature can be controlled with a DB- or

EV-regulating unit.
